US Law Firm Opens London Office, Concentrates on Hedge Funds

The Chicago-based law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman has opened a London office and has tied up with UK hedge fund specialist MW Cornish Solicitors. Martin Cornish, former principal of five-lawyer boutique MW Cornish, will head the new London arm, which will be known as Katten Muchin Rosenman Cornish. The new London office will focus on hedge funds and work closely with the US firm’s New York and Chicago offices. Katten Muchin Rosenman has 600 lawyers and an established funds practice.
